dc.description.abstractThis study set out to investigate the implementation of Integrated Quality Management Systems (IQMS) in six schools in Ntabethemba Circuit of Cradock District in the Eastern Cape Province. The objectives of the study are: to find out whether those who are charged with the responsibility of implementing the IQMS do understand the policy and procedures inherent in the system, to investigate how IQMS is being implemented in schools, to find out the outcomes of the implementation of IQMS and to present findings and recommendations on the best ways to implement IQMS.
