| dc.description.abstract | This report summarises the results of an investigation into farmers' views on the expansion of the Ncora irrigation scheme. Many people, too numerous to mention by name, have contributed to this investigation, and the authors acknowledge their participation and assistance. The investigation was carried out on behalf of the Secretary General for Agriculture and Forestry, Untata, who, in the past, has had to make decisions concerning the future of the irrigation scheme with limited information on the views of the farmers involved. | |
