dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to investigate role that is being played by the School Management Teams in promoting a culture of teaching and learning in two schools in the district of King William's Town. Theoretically this study focuses on the school management teams and their role in promoting the culture of teaching and learning. Other stakeholders such as the School Governing Body, the educators as well as the learners were also included in the investigation for triangulation purposes.
