dc.description.abstractThis study investigates the geometrical understanding according to the van Hiele theory, in terms of two-dimensional shapes, that learners have at the end of the Intermediate Phase in a well-resourced former Model C school in the Eastern Cape. The research was situated in the interpretivist's paradigm and a qualitative resource methodology was adopted.
