Centre for Global Change

The Centre for Global Change collection in DSpace at the University of Fort Hare provides access to the scholarly and research outputs of the Centre’s staff, researchers, and collaborators. This collection includes research articles, conference papers, reports, policy documents, and other scholarly publications. The Centre focuses on global change and its social, environmental, economic, and developmental implications, with particular attention to climate change, environmental sustainability, natural resource management, resilience, and adaptation in African and global contexts. Through interdisciplinary research and collaboration, the Centre contributes to understanding and addressing complex global challenges while supporting evidence-based responses and sustainable development. By preserving and disseminating these resources, the collection supports teaching, learning, research, policy engagement, and knowledge exchange.
