dc.description.abstract | Equality is a fundamental right which is entrenched in the South African Constitution. However men and women must not just be equal but they must be seen to be equal in all sectors including the Labour Market. The study deals with discrimination against women in the workplace. Historically South Africa was known to be a patriarchal state because of its apartheid laws which promoted and condoned discriminated against women. | |
