dc.description.abstractIt is to be hoped that the Natives and their friends throughout the Colony will not relax their efforts in oppositions to the recent iniquitous proclamation affecting the Transkei from an impression that Government means now to withdraw that proclamation. There are no signs of such growth of its moral sense. Mr. Sprigg speaking at the South African College the other day, managed in some strange way to roll in the brandy cask among the prizes at their distribution.
