    The closing meeting of the Institution was held this year in the New Hall on Wednesday 15th December. The Rev. D. Cameron, Registrar of the Cape University, occupied the chair and distributed the prizes. At the close he addressed the students, pupils, and native visitors. The meeting was in every way successful.
